*Proud mom of an amazing daughter, a pup that melts my heart, and a husband whom I love to the moon and back !
*My lifetime fitness & health journey has focused on strength, stamina, and health through adaptable sustainable fitness and nutrition - my coaching & teaching focuses on these same principles;

*I do occasionally enjoy a nice glass of red wine, local cider or local beer; even better when accompanied with great company :)

*First and foremost, my passion for the industry and love for people;
*The strong desire to help people who are going through or have gone through some difficult health & physical times looking to achieve their best physical self (which in turn mental health) at this point in their life; help those wanting to achieve their best strength and fitness level; and those wanting a better quality of life;
*To show people that it is possible to reach your goals while "enjoying yourself" without the drama or need to find the perfect solution;
*To show people that it is possible to reach your goals in a challenging yet gradual and sustainable manner through adaptability within realistic goals. Understanding that pushing past your fitness level and within an abusive intensity (over training) before you are ready for the next step, may very likely have undesired short term and long term consequences;
*I sincerely get great joy in working closely with clients, not just 2-3 hours per week, but with them through what their fitness & health journey throws at them;
*To be able to reach and help more people with personal coaching without breaking the bank;
*I feel incredible gratitude and immense joy being part of clients milestone achievements as they go through their journey. This is the main reason to why I do what I do !
