Favorite desert: anything custard and with lime & lemon
*I do occasionally enjoy a nice glass of red wine, local cider or local beer; even better when accompanied with great company :)

*First and foremost, my passion for the industry and love for people;
*The strong desire to help people who are going through or have gone through some difficult health & physical times looking to achieve their best physical self (which in turn mental health) at this point in their life; help those needing to achieve their best strength and fitness level; and those wanting a better quality of life;
*To show people that it is possible to reach your goals while "enjoying yourself";
*To show people that it is possible and effective to reach your goals in a slow and sustainable manner through adaptability within realistic goals, for a lifetime. That unless you are on an important deadline, pushing past your fitness level and within an abusive intensity (over training), may very likely have undesired consequences;
*I sincerely get great joy in working closely with clients, not just 2-3 hours per week, but with them through what their fitness & health journey throws at them;
*To be able to reach and help more people with a complete coaching service within a very competitive price point;
*I feel incredible gratitude and immense joy when my clients achieve milestones and goals throughout their journey. The main reason to why I do what I do !
