Back to Basics; Focus on You !
A fit and healthy body consists of a sound lifestyle combining physical activity, nutrition, stress releasing techniques, good sleep habits and a happy environment. A sound sustainable nutritional regimen is necessary to ensure success in achieving a stronger and healthier you.
Conflicting information on nutrition is abundant. It's important to understand that Nutritional Science is a young science. When studies and trials prove one correlation or causation, another proves the opposite. Most studies are observations based on interpretations. They are not full proof. Every diet has what sounds like credible proof but yet many contradict each other proving the other to be wrong. We have come far and have learned much but there is so much more to learn and to discover. The only almost full proof way to prove a theory is to dissect and analyze a live tissue and that is definitely not practical. There are a tremendous amount of factors that affect all studies and trials. Furthermore, since we are all so biologically different, the findings would still not bring results that affect each of us mutually. It is vital that we understand that each and every one of us are designed differently on a cellular level which means that what works for one, may not work for another. Scientific technology has helped us with some medical, fitness, and nutritional discoveries; some that have been proven to be wrong but others that have been life changing.
Finding the right nutritional habit, as with exercise, lifestyle and so forth, is a question of trial and error. Each one of us needs to determine what works best for us on an individuality basis based on where we are at in our lives. This will change throughout our life stages, gender, environmental influences, lifestyle, and fitness levels to only name a few. This can be frustrating and trivial but by stepping out of your comfort zone with the right direction, awareness, patience, time, optimism, commitment, and focus; achievable.
