I'll soon bring to you familiar and unique classes that you can do in the comfort of your own home within a schedule that works for you from anywhere in the world! No need to pack a bag and head out to a gym if attending a gym is not your ideal choice.
2025 will also bring new virtual and community classes.
Classes are a great way to add diversity to your program, to cross train and condition the body and to see quicker results.
My intention is to bring you unique, challenging, motivating and fun options.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
* Indoor Cycling: These classes will require an indoor cycling bike, zoom, and a computer or compatible device. It will also require the desire to challenge yourself and have fun.
Classes will vary from low to high intensity and will come with modifications to ensure that you are riding at your fitness level at all times.
They are offered with a unique touch to your regular cycling classes. The bigger the screen you use, the more you will benefit from that unique detail :)

*Treadmill Intervals & Circuits: These classes will require a treadmill, zoom, and a computer or compatible device. This is for those looking to try something new and to switch up their regular treadmill or running routine; and/or to condition their cardiovascular health through interval training. Interval classes will be spent on the treadmill while circuits will be spent on and off the treadmill. Classes will vary from low to high intensity and will come with modifications to ensure that you are working at your fitness level at all times.
The bigger the screen you use, the more you will benefit from the unique detail :)
