Here are some classes that you can do virtually within a schedule that works for you from anywhere, or in-person amongst people of likewise energy !
Classes are a great way to add diversity to your program, to cross train and condition your body and to see quicker results.
My intention is to continue bringing you unique, challenging, motivating and fun options.

This class will help to add muscular strength and endurance as well as increase your cardiovascular endurance. You will work your way through different circuit stations using dynamics, isolations, and compounds. The class will focus on strength, endurance, functionality, conditioning, and some cardio elements. Most equipment will be set up for you already. Cues and modifications will be offered to ensure that you are challenging yourself but working at your fitness level.
Suitable for recreational and general fitness at all levels
Not suitable for competitive and power athletes
Please bring your running shoes, workout clothes, water, small towel, exercise mat, and stability ball (if you have one).
In-person class.
Must book at least 24 hours prior to class.
This class focuses on dynamic and compound cardiovascular & endurance focused exercises. Some plyometric exercises will be included in this circuit. Most equipment will be set up for you already. Cues and modifications will be offered to ensure that you are challenging yourself but working at your fitness level.
Suitable for recreational and general fitness at all levels
Not suitable for competitive and power athletes
Please bring your running shoes, workout clothes, water, small towel, exercise mat, and stability ball (if you have one).

This class is perfect for somebody looking for something other than just a standard walk/run or climb on their treadmill. Intervals are great to condition the heart without putting it under unnecessary steady stress. It will include music and images that will change with each intensity change for added motivation. Great option for those looking to slowly build their way to running and for runners looking for a different challenge. Cues will be provided to allow both walkers, joggers, and runners to get a great challenge while ensuring that they are working within their fitness level. You will need a treadmill; phone, tablet, computer, or television (the bigger the screen the better); internet; running shoes, workout clothes, water, and a small towel.
Virtual recorded class to do when convenient for you !
If you own an indoor bike and you don't want to head out to the gym, this class is ideal and will give you an amazing workout. It will include music and images that will change with each intensity change for added motivation. These classes do not include the use of weights and always include good form and having at least one hand on the bike at all times. The focus in on speed, seated & standing climbs & jumps and power. Cues will be provided to allow all fitness levels to benefit from this class. You will need an indoor cycling bike; phone, tablet, computer, or television (the bigger the screen the better); internet; running shoes, workout clothes, water, and a small towel.
